IS THE SOUND ON?

often times i don't feel heard
yeah even though i speak words
like birds chirps
but my voice doesn't seem to work
maybe i should scream
like a dream to a soul
but then again
i don't wanna come off sounding cold
but not being heard is getting old
yeah meaning hurting me so
much
yeah i feel as though i'm losing touch
with myself
and running out of breath
at the seem time
which feels like a crime
or no sunshine in a day
but i do have something valuable to say
but no one will put their ear my way
