NOW AND TOMORROW

okay it has been awhile
since your child
crack a smile
or did a dance
but give me another chance
to live
yeah to breath
and to leave
yesterday behind

or some more time
for me to see sunshine
because it would be a crime
to not take it all in

and my dearest friend
died and fired
